Finance Program Officer: analyze mthly financial reports submitted by the field to ensure timely spending w/in acceptable levels & income reported reconciling w/ ADRA reports; review sub-recipients fund request & donor agreements; coordinate compliance & liaising w/ ADRA's New Business Development Unit in helping develop planning initiatives, program budgets & cost application, in consultation w/ field financial officers; assist plan & coordinate the operations of primarily fed funds to various intern'l projects.
