Leslie Johnson sentenced to one year in prison

Leslie Johnson was sentenced today to one year and one day in prison for one felony count of conspiracy to commit witness and evidence tampering.

The former county councilwoman’s sentencing comes just days after her husband, former county executive Jack B. Johnson, was sentenced to more than seven years.
