20-year-old found shot to death in car

homicideFOREST HEIGHTS – Detectives from the Prince George's County Police Department’s Homicide Unit are investigating the death of a 24-year-old Oxon Hill man who was found dead Thanksgiving day in Forest Heights.

Around 6 a.m., patrol units were called to the 100 block of Cree Drive for a suspicious car parked along the road in a residential neighborhood with a person inside not moving.

When officers arrived on the scene they discovered a male inside the vehicle, who police have identified as 20-year-old Aaron Taylor of Chloe Drive in Oxon Hill, suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Taylor’s homicide was the 76th homicide of the year in Prince Gorge's County.
