LARGO – A 50-year-old man has been arrested for a homicide that occurred on March 28 inside a Largo parking garage.
Homicide detectives from Prince George's County Police Department arrested Price Grier in Glenarden for fatally shooting his daughter's ex-boyfriend, 39-year-old Omar Wright.
On March 28, just after 11:00 p.m., patrol officers responded to the
600 block of Harry S. Truman Drive for the report of a shooting. When they arrived on the scene, officers found Wright in a parking garage allegedly suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
After an extensive investigation, detectives determined that Grier shot and killed Wright during an alleged argument inside the garage.
According to court records, Grier has been arrest several times in Prince George's County for assault, reckless endangerment, and other crimes.
Grier is charged with first-degree murder and related charges. He's in custody of the Department of Corrections on a no-bond status.
