Prince George’s County residents are invited to attend Prince George’s County Fire/EMS Department’s 2013 Community Fire and Safety Forum on Jan. 24 in Bowie.

The forum will be at 6:30 p.m. at the City of Bowie Kenhill Center, Room 25, at 2614 Kenhill Drive.

Fire Chief Marc Bashoor, his command staff and other community officials will provide fire safety tips and answer questions from the public.

“We will be having these fire and life safety forums every other month in different parts of the county,” PGFD chief spokesman Mark Brady said. “Our next forum will be held in March in the southern part of the county.”
