WASHINGTON, D.C. – Washington D.C. police may have stopped a massive shooting in Greenbelt after they arrested a 17-year-old District of Columbian boy who told his ex-girlfriend he would shoot her, her family, her mother’s workplace and then open fire at students at Eleanor Roosevelt High School in Greenbelt.
