Sherwood knocks off Roosevelt in softball semis

GLEN BURNIE – After defeating Suitland in the second round of the 4A MPSSAA state softball playoffs, Eleanor Roosevelt Head Coach Delton Fuller said his team knew he expected them to get back to Bachman Park and the state semifinals.

While the Lady Raiders did manage to get back to Glen Burnie, they couldn’t advance any further.

Hair Cuttery and the National Network to End Domestic Violence (NNEDV) are joining forces for Hair Cuttery’s latest iteration of its Share-A-Haircut program.

On Monday and Tuesday, May 2 and 3, for every haircut purchased at one of Hair Cuttery’s nearly 900 salons, a free haircut certificate will be donated to a victim of domestic violence through NNEDV’s member programs.
