M-NCPPC looks to even out its structural deficit

PB BudgetUPPER MARLBORO – The Prince George’s County section of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) has run a structural deficit for at least the last six years, but through several strategies, the commission expects to even out expenditures and revenues by 2024.

BlueDevelopment RenderingUPPER MARLBORO – Although the Hyattsville City Council did not think The Blue development, slated for an abandoned lot on Route 1, was anything to write home about, the Prince George’s County Planning Board unanimously approved its detail site plan.
