ANNAPOLIS – The Chesapeake Bayhawks season came to an end in the first round of the playoffs on Aug. 11 after the Denver Outlaws defeated them on a late goal 13-12.
ANNAPOLIS – The Chesapeake Bayhawks have secured a trip to the postseason for the first time since 2013 as they rebounded from back-to-back losses with a 13-11 victory over the Denver Outlaws on July 28.
SEABROOK – The 2018 FIL World Lacrosse Championships took place at the Wingate Sports Institute and Netanya Stadium in Israel from July 11-21. A total of 46 countries competed in the tournament making it the largest FIL tournament of all-time.

With a smothering defense and tremendous hustle, the Bayhawks dominated the champs by a score of 13-8 to win their third consecutive game on June 2 at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis.
